There were spider web inside room with spider also balcony was dirty with bird stool, room didn’t matched the picture, the person in reception was really nice though.

It's a nice hotel, nearby risersee lake and good views around the hotel.
During first night of check in, they gave a double bed room instead of 2 single bed, when i tried to change, they gave me another room in block E without elevator. which caused me to change back to original room and wasted time and energy. No apologies at all from the front desk lady, the other guy offered to help us carry the luggage down and apologised even though it's not his fault. Tbh quite a bad service from the lady.
other than that, the breakfast was great and service was good from other staff, warm and friendly.

Very nice hotel; I spent my 40th birthday there. I even received a small personal gift. The location is a bit out of the way, but it was perfect for us. Breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy at night, as seminar participants apparently preferred to spend the night celebrating in the hallway. But overall, the hotel is high-quality and quiet. We'd be happy to stay again!
